First there was fireā¦then there was Man Salt. It was a discovery of epic proportions. Man sat at the entrance of Cave 7 and looked out into yet another dreary Saturday afternoon. Rainwater pooled in large puddles at the entrance of #7, reminding him that his scent was becoming ripe enough to warn off prey when on the hunt. With nothing better to do than watch the fire crackle, Man decided to take advantage of the situation and lowered his leathery, grimy body into one of the larger pools gathering at the foot of the cliff. As the cool water soothed his aching bones, [man] idly picked away at a quite unusual substance forming at the face of the rock wall. Brittle chunks began to tumble into his makeshift bath and, curiously, dissolved just as quickly. Eureka! (Man would have exclaimed, had he known the word.) Never before had he felt this unfamiliar feel of unwinding muscle and supple skin. He quickly hurried back to Cave 7, where he carefully carved symbols into the cave wall to name and patent his new invention: [Man] Salt.

Good, but too pricey!
I really like a nice soak after hitting the gym. I liked this epsom salt and it had a nice frangrance, but for me it was not enough of an enhancement over the kind I buy at the local drug store for a fraction of the price to rationalize repurchasing it. If money was no object, I would definitely buy more!

Two Stars
The salt was hard in the bag, couldn't really use it.

Great Stuff!
I initially purchased these salts as a gift for my dad and he loved them. He works in construction, so he frequently mentions that he gets muscle aches and pains. He has tried various other salts and products but he says that ManSalt has worked best out of everything he has tried.I can vouch for the product myself. I would get frequent soreness from doing Insanity Workout, Les Mills Pump and Combat but ManSalt helped to relieve the soreness. Overall this is a great product, the scent is very pleasant and it remedies soreness better than some other bath salts out there.

GREAT GIFT FOR MEN WHO TAKE BATHS!
I got this for my roommate- one he takes baths, and has been lately having terribly muscle pain (epson salt is a wonder no doubt). He tried and loved it! He said he felt relaxed and smelt like he just put cologne on! Awesome gift for a man whom prefers and/or loves to bathe! Thank you!!

Good
The instructions say to add one large handful to a bath when using it as a bath soak, but the scent is not detectable with this amount. Kind of a bummer. I wanted something a little more aromatic. However, the bath salts do triple as a scrub and an ointment for ingrown hairs. Very cool. I haven't used them for these alternative purposes, but to know that the options exist is very exciting to me. I was hoping for something a little more earthy with something labeled "Caveman." It's still very sporty and not very "essential oily." I'll try another.

Great product for a great price
Football, other sports, 21 years in the military and time as a police officer and still very active. I have muscle aces every day and I like to soak in the tub on the weekends. I really like this product mostly for the scent and the value. If I could change one thing, it would be to go a little old school and add eucalyptus to the product. Still great product for a great price.

Great product, weird packaging
I do a decent amount of strenuous work, and actually enjoy dragging in sore and tired enough for a soak. My wife does too, and we tend to seek a 30 minute or so bath after such days. I ordered ManSalt with this in mind, not that in love with the more 'aromatherapy' versions my wife likes. When we opened the ManSalt package - with me over her shoulder - it looked like hooker bait. The message of 'muscle therapy' was lost somewhere in a message of 'these salts will help you attract this nude red-headed vamp'. So, get your message straight, and make your marketing message more consistent, congruent. Hope this helps.
