All is great!
Unfortunately, I don't have a studio in my neighbourhood that offers pole dance. This is why I bought the DVD. I was truly pleasantly surprised: everything is just like described! Of course, it would be better to exercise with a trainer but Jeannine explains the exercises just perfectly. There are two students, who demonstrate the figures and Jeannine explains what is important, what to focus on. This is truly amazing!
