I got this for my smaller paperback books, but it appears that I will be putting much larger books on this. First off, coming out of the box was a plethora of Styrofoam cubes which protected the unit. Packaging was done with great care and the shelves arrived with no damage. Assembly was easy, even for someone like me with limited mobility, as the metal section folded and just needed to be opened. The shelves were unscratched from shipping and were easy to place in the sturdy metal shelf unit. They needed to snap into place with screws for the rear locking them into the metal shelf unit. The end result is a fairly sturdy, yet lightweight unit which is perfect for most storage applications. I intend to purchase another few as I have a lot more books to shelf. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a smaller shelf for needed applications. This would be ideal for heavy books, even plants or any display application. The completed unit is also very aesthetically pleasing, and I am entirely satisfied that it fits into my decor in the living room and my eventual library in the bedroom. For the money, this is probably the best shelving for its size and cost on Amazon. A great value!

My son collects Pokemon action figures and he wanted a way to display them. When we redid his room in a gamer theme, this was his biggest request.This was a perfect color. It can be masculine but also neutral if we ever want to integrate it into the rest of the home. It was easy to build and the perfect height for what we needed. It includes anchors to attach them to the wall which I highly recommend using, especially if your shelf is on carpet.While I wouldn't display your bowling ball collection on it or anything, it would hold a fair bit of weight and is perfect for our needs. Given the price of so many competitors for pieces that look this nice, this is a great value!

Beautiful touch to the front office. Great quality. Not too heavy. Easy to assemble.

Haven’t had it for long yet but it’s working well. It holds everything I need it to and seems pretty sturdy on our rug floor. Looks like the photo. Maybe wasn’t the best for someone as tall as me but that’s nothing rly against the product.I will try to come back and give 5 stars later if it lasts changing apartments in August.

Put this together I have a lot of furniture similar to the style and this one went together just as easy as the rest although I think the instructions are backwards they have you put all the shelves together first and then the outer rails but I think you should put some of the shells together and then put the rails on it and then put the rest of the shelves in but other than that it was a great tool that came with it definitely needs to be better I used my own instead but overall all worth the purchase

Moving into a new space I needed a new shelving space for my books. This is perfect. The right size and had plenty of space for all of my things! It’s sturdy and worth the money as well :). It was easy to move around and not extremely heavy weight wise

This is nice for a youth bedroom. Personally, it is not my taste for a living room. Looks very cheap in my living room, but would work well for a bedroom . Maybe it deserved more stars but I only gave one star because it did not meet my expectation. The item itself wasn’t bad, but for decor purpose it was bad. The worst part I already set it up.
