Unusually defective batch so far, emulsion was precipitated
I've been ordering this product for 10 years. Perhaps 10% of the 12 tubs have a cottage cheese, rather than a cream cheese, consistency, probably due to some temperature shock that wasn't strong enough to ruin all tubs. The flavor of the defective ones is altered slightly, but they are still edible. I'm on the third tub of this last , and they have all been defective. I fear this shipment may have been totally ruined. I've never had this problem with single tubs purchased from a local grocery.
