At the end, as an end user, i really had to struggle to operate the electronic menu. Unless we have the menus and at each touch what option can be selected has to be written on huge board as it as so hiden menues under each soft touch button and their combinations.Unless with each touch if it is not shown up in the display or if it does not offer a menu like 1 for bread, 2 for toast 3 for Pizza, this product usage will be highly frustrating.Ordered this item very fondly and i have to return this with a heavy heart and scare ( as another transaction i need to do and ensure the coming new appliance is with out corona ) in these pandemic times. Its not an issue with Amazon, its the issue with the murphy richards product. Not friendly front soft touch menu. And the worst part is whatever small user manual is given, is absolutely fit for nothing. not even basics it covers. The support number they mentioned goes to Bajaj Electronics. uuufff. sorry guys.. dont be in a hurry to buy this unless Murphy Richards matures this product.
