If i plug tv into optical in, and send the optical out to my dac, will the wiimpro pass the tv signal when the unit is off? how can i switch to tv?

The WiiM Pro won't pass the TV video signal, only the audio from its optical port. You can set the auto detection of audio input such that WiiM Pro will be automatically switched to SPDIF input mode (TV mode) whenever there's audio detected from the interface no matter which mode the device is previously at.

Does this have an auto on function if using the spidf with a tv?

Yes, you can enable the auto-detection option of audio input to using the SPDIF with TV automatically. It'll be available by the end of Dec.

Does this have bluetooth streaming capability?

Yes, WiiM Pro can be served as the bluetooth receiver and transmitter. If you have multiple WiiM Pros or Minis, you're able to play your bluetooth audio to a group of devices simultaneously.
