Needs soaking time and multiple applications
Product dissolved scale as designed. However, needed to have repeated soakings and minor scraping with sponge pad and knife. Small hole in straw required enlarging to get working with sufficient volume.

Impossible to apply effectively as sold
The bottle made it impossible to squeeze all of the solution into cavity. It should have been provided in two 8 oz. bottles instead of one 16 oz. bottle. Impossible to use as is!
