It arrived right on time and was so easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. I wanted a floor bed, but not one that would actually have the mattress on the floor. This bed is perfect, only a couple inches off the ground, with slats to prevent any dust or mold I would be worried about with a typical floor bed. My toddler is loving it and is finally excited to sleep in her own room again! ❤️ would recommend this bed to anyone.

This bed arrived in terrible condition. Various parts were not level or squared. The window frames had huge gaps that were shoddily patched with wood filler and painted very badly. There were dents throughout, with some part missing whole chunks that were patched with more wood filler that had been painted over before the wood filler fully cured, causing it to shrink and revealing cracks where the repair had been done, I suppose, inside the factory.I get that this is made in Vietnam, where the workers are probably not paid the best wage possible, but this is less about that sad/unfortunate situation and more to do with the fact that the person/people in charge of quality control for the product obviously didn’t care and let this abomination go through with a pass.The worse part is that this product is shipped and sold by Amazon, wasn’t even that cheap, and is a complete hassle to return due to its size and weight.

This bed is GREAT! My daughter loves it. It’s also big enough that if someone stays at the house, they can also use it. And when she got sick, I was able to climb right in with her. There were a lot of pieces to put it together, but it was fairly easy to assemble.
