I spent a lot of time researching these beds before I purchased one for my hedgehog. I read all the reviews, it was recommended by a Rescue but I wish I hadn’t. At first I thought it was great, but we were gone for a night and when I came back my hedgehog had gotten stuck in the bed and she was dead. I don’t know how it happened, but the bottom layer seemed to have shifted and her quills were completely stuck in the fleece. She was locked in a defensive pose like she was scared, she must have gotten stuck and she couldn’t get her footing. My heart is broken, maybe it was a fluke but please becareful with your hedgies. FYI it wasn’t a size issue, I definitely got the right size for her.

My baby Guinea Pig, Panda, has fallen in love with this bed! It's something he can stretch out in, and still have room for a chew treat. I ordered a medium, so he'd have room to grow into.The fleece is very soft, and the pillow inside is remove as well.I'm wishing they made a human sized one for me!

My Oliver loves it! I have a very fat adult guinea pig and I got a medium which was the perfect size for him with a little bit of wiggle room. I got this to replace his giant turtle hidey hoping that it would take up less room but it still takes up a fair bit of room. It’s Easy to clean and is fine to put in the drier. It doesn’t stand up entirely on its own. Kind of wilts when nothing’s in it but it works and looks so cute. My guinea pig has a bad habit of chewing on the fabric but it has held up so far

I got the large and it is huge! For guiena pigs I suggest a medium. My guinea pig loves it!

This was way bigger than expected. I have a hedgehog and I expected to put in her cage but it is too big. It’s still comfy for her to crawl in when she’s out of her cage though. Very soft

Liked this enough to purchase a second because Mr. Carrot has a huge daytime "pig palace" in the living room and then has a smaller cage next to my bed for nighttime. He's been sleeping in a "bonding bag" made from fleece that he seems to enjoy. I wanted something nice and warm with winter weather coming up and found this nice warm bed. As a "test" I placed both in his house side by side. Mr. Carrot (he's a guinea pig) sniffed at both and then curled up in this new winter bed. He far prefers it to the fleece bonding bag. Easy to remove the pillow to fluff out for cleaning. The pillow can also be used alone as needed. I bought the medium for Mr. Carrot and that's been a good size for a guinea pig that allows him to really curl up and turn around with ease. Price is right - great purchase.

Great for my daughter’s guinea pig! She is only a 2-month old baby, but the bed has plenty of room for her to grow to full size. She seems to feel happy and safe in it, preferring it over her other house. It also washes very well. It has a removable piece on the bottom which could be washed separately if needed.Update (3/18): The second time I washed it, an unknown hole in the bottom piece was discovered, after finding a bunch of stuffing in my washer. It was easy to put fresh stuffing in and sew up the hole. I would have preferred a more securely sewn product, but I’m still happy with it, and our Guinea Pig doesn’t care one bit.

I really like this sleeping snuggie. Looks warm and well made. I also like the fact that it stays open in the front for easy access! Just wish I could have chosen the colour I wanted. I got blue when a pink or aqua would have been much better for female GP's.
