EBL 4 Bay 9V Lithium ion Battery Charger with 4 Packs 600mAh 9V Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries

I use these in guitar pedals for the portability aspect, as well as to avoid all 50/60Hz hum issues. 600mA is the tipping point where I think rechargeable 9V batteries became viable in pedals (I've also recently bought some 800mA ones of another brand that up the ante even more). It's maybe not as viable for a person with a massive pedal board w/a dozen or more pedals -- but I have a more minimal setup, with a multi-effect system handling most effects and generally only 3-4 physical pedals up front, which is perfect for a battery setup. I just use a DC/battery adapter externally for pedals that don't natively support batteries internally.Anyway, at 600mA, these batteries last fairly long for most pedals (most of which only use 5mA - 25mA), and these charge to a decent voltage. I check the batteries after they finish charging each time, and they generally all end-up between 8.32V - 8.35V, which is good for rechargeables (although my newer 800mA ones mentioned above charge to around 8.7V -- but those are newer-generation and a bit more expensive). The charger appears to charge everything quickly, although I've never actually charged the batteries from any point under half-used, since I'm in the habit of recharging them at least once-per-week, regardless of how much they've been used. So I'm essentially just topping them off each time. All-in-all, these are good batteries and a good value.

Waited far too long to get some rechargable 9 volts in my life. Have some guitars with active pickups that are 9V powered and those things just eat batteries. Good to have some fully charged ones ready to go at all times. Good quality single use 9v batteries can get expensive. This set powered up to full charge within two hours out of the box. Battery life has been good in effect pedals (about the same amount of time as single use) and great in active pickup guitars. (still giving full power after a near week of constant use.) USB powered charging base has bright easy to see indicator lights to let you know when your batteries are charged up.

These batteries worked well for about a year but then 1 by 1 would no longer charge properly. I suppose they still saved money versus buying standard batteries, but I wish they would have lasted longer.*Update to add that customer service reached out to me and they sent me a new set of batteries to try out. So hopefully the new set will last longer and only time will tell, but rest assured that their customer service is great and they stand behind their product! I've updated my star rating back to 5 since the batteries and charger are working again.

Batteries do not stay fully charged once they are removed from charger. Needs to remain on charger until use.

This is a neat and tidy little system which I ordered to power scat mats for 3 cats. The system takes up very little room, charges the 9V batteries rapidly, and the batteries hold a charge very well. The only 'but' I have, is we all know batteries don't last forever. So I tried to order some additional batteries, and Amazon won't/can't ship the batteries to my address. I really don't understand why the charger and batteries can be shipped to me, but just the batteries can't be. It makes no sense.

Needed a rechargable 9V battery to run my preamp on my accountic/electric guitars these rechargable lithium batteries and the included charger is just what I was looking for. A++

I have other EBL batteries that have worked well for me and these 9V are also working well so far.
