GL TRUFFLE GOURMET LINE - Whole Black Summer Truffle, 35 gm (1.2 oz)

These truffles were absolutely delicious! We shaved them on top of mushroom ravioli, and added some regular mushrooms as well, along with the black truffles. Highly recommend!

Does not taste like a truffle just tasted like the liquid it was floating in. Ended up throwing the whole thing away.

Never had truffles before, so we took about a third of one, thin sliced it up, put it in a pan and browned up some butter with it, had two filet mignons and two lobster tails on the grill, couple of spoonful's on the lobster and a couple of spoonful's on the filets ac they were finishing up off the heat, delicious, amazing flavor, not sure how they did it but the elevated those protein's.

These are a favorite of and I have ordered them several times. They last quite a while, but must be kept in the fridge. They delicious we serve them on steaks, pasta with creamy sauce. They are firm and can be grated easily. They smell woodsey and compliment any recipe.

Good product do wish they were larger though

Not as much truffle flavor as I would have expected from a Black Truffle.

Would leave 0 stars if i could. These absolutely do not taste anything like truffles. The outside was rock hard and they had an weird smell that was not consistent with truffles. If you cant get fresh, i would recommend truffles preserved in oil instead. I've had decent luck with those.

When I saw the price of these black truffles I right away added them to my cart .....I got three whole truffles and they are a little moist and not completely dry like the expensive ones but chopped up and added to your demi sauce they will take it to another level..... perfect for my budget and full of flavor....
