18-Hour Extended-Life Rechargeable Battery for the Aiwa Exos-9 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

This worked great for the first charge or two. I swapped the stock battery and extended and then would charge both. The extended battery began the act up and would not last very long. Now it won't charge at all. I'm sure I'm well beyond warranty as I haven't bothered to write this review until well after the problem came up. Love the exos 9 and works great still with the original battery. Just very disappointed that I spent so much money on this extended battery for it to only last a few charges. I see they don't even have them available so I'm curious if they found the problem and are working them out, or if they just discontinued them.

The Exos-9 is the life of the beach until the battery power is drained (almost five hours with everything turned up). Thanks to this extended battery, we are enjoying a full day at the beach with the family. The Exos-9 is the loudest portable speaker that overpowers explicit music whenever you need friendly music for the kids at the beach. Definitely the perfect investment if you are planning on traveling with your Exos-9 and blasting your speaker for over eight hours.

I did not know that these batteries should never be allowed to completely run down. My first battery didn't last all that long because I was unaware of this feature.

I bought this product on 2019. I didn't even use it much and I would always turn off the speaker after use. I used this battery at least 4 times with my aiwa. This battery will not longer charge. The battery that came with the aiwa keeps working smoothly. I don't understand why this battery would stop working from one day to the other. 84$ was a waste of money. The aiwa speaker is a monster by the way.

After the initial charge, I was able to get 3 days use out of this battery(using it 5-7 hrs a day on 3/4 volume on avg) After the 2nd full charge, it started acting up,and eventually, after a week, the charge lasted much less than the stock battery that came with the Aiwa. I returned it to Aiwa and am unsure if I want to try another 1. Don't want to end up with another lemon.

Very pleased with the extended life battery. Much improved play time over the basic battery included with the Aiwa Exos. It’s easy to snap out the battery and plug in the replacement. I recommend this larger capacity battery if you want to take your Exos outside for parties/entertaining. I’ve also learned to turn off bluetooth when not using the unit to avoid drain during standby. The sound from the Exos is amazing!

Basic swap out of original battery with this extended life version. The original one stopped holding a charge after a year and with very minimal use, similar to my JBL Extreme v1. I don't recall the play hrs of the original battery but I'm more concerned over the life span of this extended one. It is a bit pricey but I'll overlook that if it lasts a few years.

The Aiwa exos 9 is an incredible Bluetooth speaker for its price range. High quality and well engineered. The extended battery improves the already incredibly long play time of the standard battery. I was so impressed with the speaker that I purchased a second one as you can link the two together.
