The rod and reel itself are really nice not a complaint at all but with the reel when casting regardless to how I have it set it keeps backlashing (birds nesting) in the spool I think the gears aren't kicking in as the line is coming of the spool too fast reason why it's nesting.

At first sight I am impressed, good quality and very easy, after I put it into practice I will write to you again, 5 stars

Had my first outing since buying this pole, yesterday. It is what it is, a cheap rod. I didn't like the feel of it, it feels a bit too rigid for my liking, unfortunately, I didn't catch anything so can't report on how it handles landing a catch.It would make a reasonable beginners rod but, not much good as a match rod.

This fishing rod is retractable and only 40 cm after shortening, which is just right to be carried in the trunk of the car. It is very convenient to carry. Its material looks very strong. What I like the most about it is that it has a fluorescent light on the front end, because I often need a light stick for night fishing. Each section of its stainless steel rail has ceramic inserts with a smooth surface to reduce drag on the fishing line. Its quality is good overall, but it would be better if there are matching rollers.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm a big fan of fishing but have to admit that never was the guy to invest in tools, rods or all those things, I was fishing with my tools for many years just replacing ones that broke.With the opportunity to give it a try from Vine Program, I'm going to describe the piece, how's it working and feels.Comes packed and it is actually very compact. It can actually fit into a backpack very easy and cuts the problem of taking it anywhere, any time.After making it long, the telescopic rod is feeling firm and strong. Especially the handle is very comfortable, for me I liked it. However, I'd want maybe more rubbered elements on that handle, but that would ad weight so I don't know but probably rubber would make it even more comfortable to use.The fluorescent end makes it easier to see in the night time and if not held in the hand, to understand if the rod is shaking or not, if there's any catch.The price about £33 at the moment of reviewing seems fair for this good rod.

This, telescopic fishing rod collapses to 43cm long and will fit in a messenger bag. It extends to a total length of 2.4m.The construction is good, and it's secure when fully extended, with no wobbles or loose connections. It's quite stiff.It's an inexpensive, affordable rod, so comparison with expensive match rods is irrelevant. It's fine for a beginner, and packs so small that you could keep it in the boot of the car, or even in a motorcycle pannier for a bit of impromptu fishing at any time.
