I was excited to have a charger that could hold my phone and my watch. After about a week, the charger stopped working properly. I have to pick up the watch, put it down, pick it up, put it down, pick it up, put it down . . . on and on . . . you get the idea. Finally it just stopped working altogether. Now I how to quickly purchase another charger so I have a watch to wear. Don't waste your money

I us eit already for couple weeks, charging my Fitbit 4-5 times.I have realized some sloweness of getting power, definitely slower than by original cable (which I do not like because of uncomphortability to leave it connected.) Lately I leave my Fitbit on this charger exactly for 1 hour and, from 25% it take just up to 59%, while on cable it for sure already would have 100% Oterwise, more comphortab le than original, but, also, fitting to it could be easier: need to be sure what side you aplying the watch on it!

This product is amazing. I never realized just how frustrating it was to charge my Ionic with the charger that Fitbit provided, until I bought this. The watch stays put, so I never go to get it and find the battery hadn’t been charged because the cable had fallen off. I love it!

For as long as I've had this, and through two different Fitbit Ionics, I've never found a single USB power adapter of any amperage that will allow this to charge successfully, without the watch popping up this error. I've got a drawer full of USB power bricks and just went through every one to see if I could find the magic one that would work without popping up this error every few minutes. Not a single one worked. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Good product for the price. I was looking for a quick replacement for my ionic cable that I forgot to bring on a trip. I figured that I would try this and it is really convenient. The phone holder will only work if your iPhone isn’t in a case. But it is still really nice that the base elevated the watch and keeps it snug.

When it works this is great, but often I have to try several times to get the watch to connect. Seller promissed to send replacement but did not.

Decent quality charger for the price, holds your phone side ways, the only thing is you cant have an protective case thin or thick, just wont fit into the slot, so you must take it off every time for a charge unless your don't use a protective case than this would be perfect. Looks good and clean on your table or night stand too.

Do not buy this charger. It took overnight to fully charge my watch. 5 hours to charge 50% or so. I thought about returning it, but it cost me only a few dollars, and I don't want to incur a big loss for the seller with the free return UPS shipping, which I am sure they would have to pay. But I have to give an honest review and warning here.
