Does this fit the 2013 Hyundai Genesis 2.0 coupe ?

I have the 2014 genesis coupe 3.8 and it fit fine.

For anyone that installed a aftermarket radio in a hyundai genesis coupe hopefully a 2016. Can you tell me how you kept your blue screen?

The 2013 has a seperate little harness. My blue screen works just fine with my double din. Sorry, don't know how different the 2016 is

What is the maximum size head unit that can fit this dash trim?

All aftermarket car stereos are for the most part one of 2 standard sizes. either single DIN or double DIN. since aftermarket parts are rarely ever perfect, you may need to file down the edges of opening of this a tiny bit to get a particular stereo to fit but for the most part any double din stereo should fit. So whatever the maximum size of a double DIN stereo is is the maximum size head unit this will fit.
