I’ve just purchased an air fryer and have found that it’s difficult to judge whether my chicken is properly cooked inside, as they get brown really quickly.This is a simple meat thermometer, easy to use and accurate from what I can tell.The probe is long, so you can get right to the middle of any joint, no matter how big.Can be used to check a variety of foods and liquids, I can even use it to test my grandsons bath water is the right temperature.Feels a little fragile, so remains to be seen if it survives the kitchen drawer, along with all the other utensils.Hope you found my review helpful
