Had to replace my DOA Vevor with this
I ordered a new motor and controller upgrade from Vevor for my sons MX 650 and once I replaced and installed new motor, controller and throttle; no power!Contacted Vevor and they refunded me for the controller. I used that refund to purchase this controller. I am glad I did. This was such a simple plug and play process with the Vevor cables and motor. Once I connected the battery and throttle the motor started to humm. I was stoked! The only issue with the controller is that it wont fit snugly without any modification. I ddint do any cutting or mods to the frame and just let the controller sit at an angle and zip tied it to the frame. Its not prretty but is effective.Overall I was super stoked that I had no troubleshooting to deal with, it worked on the first try, the color looks cool but cant be seen, the "smart" cable was easy to figure out, 1 page description of connections was easy to understand and it has a lot more connections for any future mods such as speed controller, lights, etc...GREAT CONTROLLER!

It quit after 15 minutes. New one works has its quirks
Worked very well for the first 15 minutes. Good torque, awesome acceleration while ran on 60v. I’d say I was getting around 30-35 mph with my brushless hub motor. But then it cut out going up a slight hill. Continued to cut out more and more as the ride went on, even on flat even surfaces. Eventually walked the scooter back home when I lost all throttle function. Seems fried, has power running through it but won’t move the motor. Tried another controller and works fine. Seems like junk. Update new controller was sent in replacement seems to run good. Only complaint is a hooked up a three way switch to the 3 speed plug and it seems to have only 2 speeds. I’m hoping the fastest of the two is top speed. It’s fairly decent. Update: second replacement controller did the same as the first, started cutting out when under full power. Didn’t blow a fuse. Then quit for good only showing lowest power on my meter. Don’t buy

A lot of bang for your buck!
It is a very good and powerful motor driver for the price. Most motor drivers in this price range are only 350 watts vs this claims 2000w! Maybe it's actually only 1000W, but still? It works with a wide range of voltages 36-84V. At a minimum you are going to need to wire a throttle, DC power and the three lines to your motor just like any other motor controller. It seems very well built and is a robust metal heat sink. It's quite a step above your standard silver box motor controller with a ton of wires. I find the reverse speed to be creepingly so slowly! About ~1mph. That's my only complaint.

A powerful ebike controller
This is by far the best ebike controller I have bought it's punchy picks up speed with torque very quickly the price is almost unbelievable for the performance you get simple use two-sides pop off to connect motor and battery wires it is a very smooth controller as well when hall sensor is plugged up I personally like the color it's very unique

Underrated power house
So I see this controller is labeled as “frequently retuned” and I can only assume it’s primarily errors on the part of the user.. I’ve purchased, installed and used many many brushless controllers over the years and am not sure what the issue people are having is bc while this is clearly no FarDriver it punches well above its weight class and for $50! I can’t say enough about it.. it’s almost as powerful as a Kunray 3000w and honestly performs up with $150-$200 FarDriver and Votol controllers although it has very few features as compared to those higher end companies. it does however pack a substantial punch for a 50A controller with all the more Standard features. Would have loved to see regen but hey it’s $50.. and I have yet to see any sub $100 controller support such a wide voltage range from 36v all the way up to 84v.. it’s relatively small for its output making it a great choice if space is limited.. I personally use a FarDriver 72680 on my bike and a Sabvoton 72300 on another and with all my higher expectations this controller really blew me away on a budget scooter controller swap I did.. I love this little guy and am considering just buying a couple more just to have bc I’m sure the price won’t stay at $50. I will admit the instructions have a lot to be desired so I wouldn’t recommend any of the Chinese controller if you have no experience installing them bc the wiring from company to company varies and there isn’t a lot of continuity in that respect so fir example green wire for this companies controller may not be the same for another.. and always remember when in doubt, don’t..

No Motor or Controller wires.
There are no motor or controller wires included. You must open the metal case, find the terminals, and attach them yourself. Really?

Amazingly Versatile
With so many voltage options and the capability to drive higher wattage motors - this controller is a great VALUE for the money (best I found so far). Pretty decent instructions as well for the wire labels and simple voltage setup. With the right throttle it has a great throttle response curve. The sinewave aspect allows for very quiet motor operation and huge torque output when combined with proper motors. Used in a small 72v custom e-bike build.

Did not work out of the box.
Didn't work out of the box. By the time I got to the project my return time was closed. Complete waste of money.
