Argo Petascope Carrier, Medium, Kiwi Green

I love, love, love this carrier, and so do my cats. I take it out of the closet the night before a visit to the vet, so that my cats will get familiar with it, and they immediately climb inside and play, and then fall asleep in it. Both cats love it, but that's not even the whole story. It makes taking them to the vet so much easier since it has a well-padded shoulder strap, and it sits perfectly in the curve of my waist. I walk about 5 blocks to my vet's office, so this has been a godsend. Everyone in the waiting room always exclaims over how cool the carrier is (a definite plus!). It really maintains the cat's privacy ---I find it hard to see into the mesh windows, but love that my kitties have privacy.Overall, I love this bag, and it was SO worth the money. I am considering getting another bag so that each of my cats can have their own!

The reviewer who wrote that this was a stylish hot box was right on the money! While looking very futuristic and "cool", there isn't nearly enough mesh for a pet to get airflow to be able to travel comfortably. I loved the length of this carrier, which is why I purchased it, -it is listed as being 23 inches long which is 5 inches longer than my Deluxe Large Sherpa carrier. However, the shrinking nature of the width and depth of this product completely negate the extra length! The height and depth measurements (11 1/2 X 11 1/2) are for the FRONT DOOR and not for the rear of the carrier. When observing the picture I could see the height descending from front to back and I assumed only the height was getting smaller. (Which is a perfect way to get the carrier under an airline seat in front of you). However, the WIDTH AND DEPTH both get narrower at the back as well. Any dog that is larger than tea cup would have a hard time even curling up in the MEDIUM size of this product, let alone turning around. If you want to drop your precious pooch into a megaphone shaped carrier, then this is the perfect one for you!

This is very bright blue. It is fairly long. I bought it for visits to the vet because the medium sized hard-sided kennel was too awkward to carry. My long, 17 pound cat fits into this with a couple inches to spare length-wise and can even turn around in it to my surprise. The mesh panels are very private - you can't see in but he can see out. I think having privacy in the back is a good trade off to the fact you can only load the animal from one direction. The sides of the carrier squish in when I carry him - due to his weight against me. They regain shape when I put it on the ground. Firm bottom. This seems much more protective than the Sleepypod Air I also auditioned and the Sturdibag Flex Carrier. The bedding is soft and can be wiped clean - but is not "snuggly" at all. I add a plush mini blanket for more softness - maybe more traction too. Wish strap adjusted to a slightly shorter length for petite folks. This strikes me as the kind of carrier where you size it to be snug - not where you size it to be spacious like a kennel or crate. This is actually one of the longer carriers I've tried (internal length) despite it being a little smaller than the listed dimension for length. I did not notice it being "too hot" inside as others have commented. Not perfect - but good option to have.

My girl loves this product. She loves going into it, the amount of room (I got the larger size); it's like a safe haven when we take car rides. And it is easy to sling over my shoulder when I want to carry other things. It has a leash inside so she can't get out. Very win win. Highly recommend. If one thing to change, they should have a zipper at the top of bag so I can reach my hand in and comfort her.

This item is much smaller than the dimensions indicate. The length measurement includes the visor. The height and width are the exterior of the visor, not the door or the interior space which only get narrower. It is very pretty, but nowhere near big enough for any kind of pet over 15lbs.

I bought this pet carrier for my cat. Every time I take him somewhere I receive a ton of compliments. Not is it only stylish but it's durable. Since my cat freaks out whenever he is in the car and claws at the mesh, I am not sure how long this will last, but so far it has treated us well.

This is by far one of the best made carriers I've ever purchased. The first one lasted 3 years. But, due to my little rascals excessive scratching at the door - it had to go. Now, that she is out of puppy phase, it's great. Wonderful for short trips, I've tested plane, train and car - couldn't be happier.

.the absolute best carrier money can buy and is approved by Southwest Airlines. My second tefco carrier. Found this color on sale looks great. My yorkers adapted quite well.
