My pup has really bad liver levels. He is a senior that has gone thru a tough illness with his spine and because of that, had to be on a lot of pain meds. Pain meds messed up his liver levels really bad. He has recovered from the spine illness but the bad liver levels are still a problem. I was giving him another brand that the vet provides and although it worked well, it was really really expensive. Like....really expensive! I found these and compared the ingredients. Exactly the same. These liver supplements are basically Milk Thistle and SamE. Just have to get the correct ratio so they work well. This one is the same as the vet one. And, it is working. The cost is almost half. If they continue to work, I will continue to get these.

My dog works not chew this nasty flavored pill. So basically wrapped it in cheese like a non chewable. It works as well as denamren and cheaper. Just don’t expect your dog to chew it up.

I dont know if this helped or what!!! But for months my dog has been running liver level of 1900's and we done several test and cannot find reason. Now months later it came back as NORMAL !! Little bit high but not bad. Amazing! Its expensive for someone on Medicare but if it works I will keep using. Took 5 months to work if it was this stuff.

We’re using this product plus some additional SAMe for our.nearly 14 year old St Bernard and her liver numbers have been looking great. We do this in place of Denamarin as it’s substantially less expensive. As a bonus our picky girl likes it. I’d definitely recommend it.

My dog will eat anything except for this product. She won’t eat it as is, not with peanut butter, cheese, or even mix with her regular snacks and food, which tells me the taste and smell must be nasty, even by dog’s standards.My impression was is was at least a soft chew to some degree, wrong, ITS AS HARD AS A ROCK!My senior dog is missing some teeth which makes it impossible for her to chew it.Furthermore, it’s not returnable, so I’m out $60 for something I can’t use.
