Nice resistance bands. Work great.

These flat resistance bands are working fairly well for me. I use them around the bottom of my foot, to exercise my calf muscles -- I can't do Toe Stands any more. The Tubular resistance bands roll right off my shoe. They should also work well for doing Lat Pull Downs -- I'll anchor one to the top of a door for that. For me, this range of resistance is very useful, and the FLAT shape grips my shoes very differently from round, tubular bands.
