Very sturdy and easy to assemble and install. Loses one star however as the bar has a tendency to spin which makes it impossible to hang one handed.

So my son decided he needed this and pressured me to purchase.My fault that I did not properly check the dimensions as it says it fits all door frames, it does not fit ours. We have had to add some wood to the frame as it was not wide enough.Now that it is up and secure my son is pleased and does regularly use it.

When purchesing the pull up bar we thought it would be easy fitted without having to use any screws but with just with the rubber grips it kept slipping .

The screws that came with this product stripped extremely easily. Apparently the company that makes it wanted to save a penny for every 5 of these they sold. I decided to order some screws for it and when I asked the company for the size of the screws they sent me a picture of the screws they used. That isnt helpful.I ordered a pack of screws, and the ones that appeared closest to the origional screws were M5x20. So if you order this product make sure to order screws from another company. The cheap screws I bought were not stripped out, like the ones that came with the pull up bar. It was just a headache. Besides that it seems to work well.

The bar is held tight with no screws and is very comfortable to use.I am well pleased.

The black plastic parys on the side of the the middle bar keeps falling out so had to superglue it. I expected better quality.
