This book is excellent! It's easy to read and each topic really gets to the point - the book is packed with value that you're actually going to want to read. I'd been looking for a good, up to date book on recruitment for a while but was struggling to find one that was 1) up to date for today's business world, and 2) one that I was going to learn from / wasn't boring / would feel motivated to read. This book is not just another autobiography telling you how the author why they're so successful, it's full of valuable information that you can put into practice. Highly recommended!

It’s got one or two nuggets in it - but is moreso written for the new recruiter vs someone 3+ years in.

This book is EXACTLY what we have been looking for. Filled with great information that we can put to use quickly to boost our business. I can't wait to apply all of the learnings from this, and to work with James and his team!

I enjoyed this book. James did a great job not only covering finding clients and candidates but also what it takes to be a great leader and grow your business. This will be a book I will continue to reference in the future.

Def some solid pointers for a new person going on their own..but overall it’s a bit vague on processes and far too heavy on life coach mindset personal story stuff/ ego etc .. the bulk of the info most ppl are seeking regarding automation could be summarized in 5 pages.. or honestly a solid Google search. No big surprises, but then again maybe the 10k blue print is where he’s hiding the secret sauce :) Personally, as a receiver of the agency blue print automation it can be pretty spammy and a bit of a head scratcher that they win these big clients.. but then again I bought a book so the jokes on me ha.

Pack full of practical advise and step, can be used as a pocket guide or companion. Worth every penny.

Fairly shallow book with little actionable tips for recruitment agency owners. Doesn't show how to use or setup any automations in practice which I assume is by design as the book is more of a sales book to upsell you to his courses.
