Finger Spint/Mallet Finger Brace by Quanquer

I bought this for a sprained finger and it’s fine. I wish I had had it when I broke another finger, instead of the plastic end-of-finger mallet splint the hospital gave me – it’s more comfortable and much easier to use.I also bought the Actesso Baseball Finger Splint, which is very comfortable but comes off in bed at night. (And it feels a bit cold: I think the aluminium it is made with conducts heat away from the finger.) I use the Actesso splint in the day and this one at night. But this would be fine for all the time.If you have two splints you can wash one and wear the other.

I have been struggling with pain in my index finger for several months (trigger finger.) I eventually bought this finger brace. When it came I was surprised at how small it was and it was not particularly cheap. However it immediately made the most enormous difference to my finger, by using it at night. Within days I was experiencing virtually no pain. I went away for a few nights and decided not to take it with me and was amazed at how the pain immediately returned. I will not make the same mistake again . Very helpful for me

I have injured my little finger (larger than most at 7cm), and its been diagnosed as mallet finger, so I was looking for a suitable, discreet splint, and decided to go with this one, and I am very pleased.To counteract the mallet finger tip, I removed the aluminium splint and bent one end upwards using a pair of pliers, I then reinserted it, and hey presto; the perfect mallet finger splint. It gently pushes my finger tip into a slightly above straight position, which should help the tendon heal nicely. In addition to this, it is comfortable, breathable, and doesn’t impede my day-to-day activities too much, like a plastic splint would. The only slight negative I have, hence 4 and not 5 stars, is it can slip occasionally. Overnight I find it has slipped a little and I have to press my finger back into the splint, but it’s nothing too troublesome.Overall, I am a very happy customer.

This looked like it would meet my needs. On getting it to fit the finger that had the problem I found that it felt secure and wouldn’t ride up off the finger. However, after a few days wear I found that this would ride off my finger whilst I was relaxing or in bed which was the main reason I purchased it for.The logo material was not attached properly and after a few hours it came off on one side (see photos). I also noticed it had a petroleum like smell (similar to another product I purchased so I’m not sure if it’s the same manufacturer) and therefore it can be a bit smelly. After wearing for a few hours it left an unusual smell on my finger, snot sure if this is a manufacturing fault.

I bought this as I suffer from RSI in my hand/index finger from using a mouse. I wear it mostly overnight, sometimes on my index finger and sometimes on the middle finger depending on where the pain is most noticeable. My pain seems to be from the tendon, at the base of my fingers on the top of my hand, and on the palm. I also get pain and swelling in the tips of my fingers. I've found that this splint is comfortable to wear (can get a bit clammy after long periods of use so it's good to take a breathe break now and then). My fingers are quire small but it does fit well and is totally adjustable, and it does keep it nice and straight. I find that immediately after removing the splint I do get a bit of stiffness, however if I leave it a few minutes it actually feels much better having worn it.

I broke 2 fingers (RH index, LH middle), so ordered 2 of these. They are very comfortable, easy to adjust and effective at immobilising the fingers. I can wear them all day (and all night) without discomfort. There were a couple of small scratchy bits (label stitching etc) but this was very easy to remedy with a good pair of scissors. The material is smooth and does not chafe the adjoining fingers. Excellent product.

I like this product because it really works. I broke my finger 4 days ago and for the first 2 days I had a splint on and bandages but that's not practical. you can't have a shower and it keeps slipping off and the lollipop stick doesn't stay in place. I've purchased this it's brilliant it really works it keeps my finger in position so that it can heal it doesn't slip off and it is easy to get it on and off . Brill 😊

I bought this to provide support for "mallet finger" and it's doing a reasonable job. I actually wear this the other way round to what's shown in the picture. I've also bent the protrudring aluminium slightly upwards to keep the tip of my finger raised. Reasonably comfortable and easy to remove and no real issues so far. The splint will try to slide down my finger and occasionally I will push it back. Can't comment on the durability, I've worn mine every day for 2 weeks and it's starting to look shabby.

I injured my finger causing a mallet finger. After wearing a splint made by my physical therapist 24/7 for almost 3 months, I am now using this splint only at night. It keeps my finger straight and is comfortable and stays on without causing redness or itching. I ordered a second one so I’d have a back up because it takes FOREVER for a mallet finger to completely heal.

Ich suchte eine Vorrichtung, um meinen Finger ruhig zu stellen. Die Kapsel war durch Sport etwas angeschlagen, gebrochen war aber nichts.Das Produkt (es ist ja nicht nur eine Schiene) macht genau, wofür ich es gebraucht habe. Gut finde ich, dass man die Aluschiene herausnehmen kann und ggf etwas biegen oder durch eine Schiene aus anderem Material ersetzen kann.Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, einzig die Verbindungsstelle Klettverschluss-Sleeve ist unter Umständen etwas unangenehm weil kantig, aber so, wie ich die Schiene getragen habe, ist alles ok.

Excellent produit pour bloquer un doigt de la main en position allongé.Léger, facile à poser, facile à enlever grâce au velcro.Je l'ai lavé en le laissant tremper quelques minutes, le velcro fonctionne aussi bien.
