I wore a copper bracket before and felt some relief In my hands. Not sure I am feeling anything from the H2 wellness bracelet!

I had a reaction to the band.

I am not a doctor and can't comment on the health benefits of my H2Wellness ® Maximum Strength Sport Magnetic Therapy Bracelet except to say that many people swear by the magnetic effect. I can certainly say this band has a number of strong magnets embedded on the inside surface - I was easily able to pick it up magnetically with my knife. But setting that aside, I'm delighted with the look and fit of this band; I wear it regularly and get more than a few positive comments on it. It's easy to put on, and although my wrists are quite large this band will accommodate much larger, as well as much smaller wrists.This H2Wellness ® Maximum Strength Sport Magnetic Therapy Bracelet came in a giftable box and would be a nice gift for anyone interested in alternative medicine or style. It's very comfortable to wear, has a nice feel on my arm, and, like chicken soup, can't hurt but might help. I'm very happy with this band.

Doesn't seem to get rid of aches and pains in hand.

So many features – waterproof, breathable, comfortable, adjustable, durable, infused with titanium and copper. This magnetic bracelet is embedded with 42 powerful Neodymium magnets (3,500 gauss each) for advanced healing power. This appears to be a one-size-fits-most sport bracelet, as it measures 11” in length, longer than most. For me, being a petite lady with a small wrist, there is quite a bit of band length that needs to be tucked under, which takes longer than I would like. Good thing these can also be worn on the ankle, which is my preference. It only takes a few quick seconds to secure it onto ankle, and it’s so comfortable I don’t even feel it’s there. After removal, it’s easy to give it a quick rinse, thanks to the waterproof nature. It also makes a great gift as it comes in a beautiful gift box with descriptive card.Due to all the perforations, I wanted to check the magnetic quality of this sport bracelet. I am pleased to report that the entire length of the band is indeed magnetic. Photos posted below. If you prefer a wider band as opposed to a narrow band, you need look no further. This is a finely constructed, quality sports bracelet which should meet your needs.

Sort-of a rubbery material, supposed to have magnets, not sure where they are, bracelet is pretty light. A number of sizing holes, so even with a smaller wrist it isn't too loose. Waterproof. A little challenging to put on since it wants to spring open but once on it seems to stay in place. Can't attest to the magnetic properties since I've only worn it a cpl times so far.
