through work I order many, many tools . This was a personal order to replace a stolen impact driver .Insurance gave me$179.00 to replace it and I found this refurbished deal and thought I would take a chance .These tools are brand new !!! two tools ,two batteries and a charger with a high impact case all for the price of what I paid for a bare tool at the big box store. I will be back again .

To big no place to put drills in cheap
I really did not like the product, the case was very large. It had no place to store the drills or charger they just bounce around the case loose. I was looking for the older case that had a place for everything and was small enough th carry and put behind your seat under the seat. I'm going to send it back and keep looking.

For Dewalt Tough System users
I am a Tough System user, so this is exactly what I was looking for. The clutch on the drill/driver is old school and does what it is meant to. I am not a fan of the new clutch system so this was a perfect fit. I am a commercial carpenter, and use these tools daily.
