TVHeadend under LibreElec
I have had this card now for about a year in a libreelec box using tvheadend and it has worked brilliantly, the firmware, etc already part of the set up. Currently on libreelec version 8.2 after upgrading from the original install v7.I get discontinuities sometimes with some channels (but not all the time) which I think is mostly down to atmospheric conditions, but possibly the tuner is less tolerant. All I know is it seems to perform better (in Linux) than the cards I had before installed in a windows 7 based pc running dvbviewer pro. Those cards were pci - Skystar HD2 and pcie - TBS 6922SE. As an experiment more than anything else I put my older TBS card in an old system to run libreelec (modified to include TBS drivers). It seemed to me that the card performed better under Linux than previously under windows where I had constant problems with BBC One HD breaking up and freezing. The conclusion I have come to is that my cards seem as if they run better under Linux than windows.
