Fitcam cameras install like OEM in vehicles that they make them for. This is our second unit and both cameras (2 different cars) worked well when our vehicles were struck. The minimalist fit keeps clutter out of your field of view through your windshield and the plug and play feature is probably the best part. No hunting for the appropriate wire to tap into and no shoving wires into your headliner only to have them occasionally fall out. They are no more expensive than similar quality dash cams and the video quality is excellent, in my humble opinion.

I just received this cam today. It actually came a day early, thank you Amazon! It took me less then 10 minutes to install and set up on my 2024 Genesis sport prestige and I'm 71 years old. Materials are great. They look as good or better then the original. The camera looks crystal clear and recordings are just as sharp. I will report back if I have any issues. As of right now I highly recommend!

Hi, The installation for the front 4k camera is easy and works good. For the rear camera the wire needs to go all the way back to the rear of the car. In my genesis everything is stitched and nice and I cannot really hide the wire going to the rear. So I am just using the front camera and decided not to set up the rear camera as there is no way to hide the wires. I would suggest to only get the front 4K for Genesis GV70 models.

I have NEVER bought an item like this that has NO INSTRUCTIONS included on how to install it. They want a buyer to go look at a three minute video on YouTube and they think that's adequate. I bought this more expensive product with the rear camera included and there is virtually ZERO instructions anywhere on how to install it on the rear of the vehicle. This is beyond ridiculous.

Install was a breeze and looks to be stock in appearance when installed. App for this device is VERY finicky and is its only drawback. Still need to figure out how to get it to connect consistently. You can remove the memory card out of it to download files, but is kind of a pain.

The best part about this dash cam is the integrated design. It replaces the factory trim behind the mirror so perfectly that most people wouldn't even realize a camera is there. No suction cups or dangling wires.

I drive a GV70 and the front cam fits over the rear view mirror like a glove. You can’t see it and as noted it was built for my vehicle. The only downside is it records my F-bombs 😂. The rear cam is so small you forget it is on the window. I paid a professional $80 to install so there are no wires to be seen. You’re welcome by honest Mario feedback.

The instructions included dont have directions for the front + rear camera install. Neither do the videos on here and their website and none of them even mention to connect the power cables as part of the install. I spent an hour trying to find a video that accurately described the install of the product i bought. Alas, the rear camera install isn't going to work on my GV70 since you have to weave the wire from the front mirror through the trim somehow all the way back to the rear window of the car. I'm sure it will be a lovely front camera once i get it set up but the install has been frustrating due to the manufacturer pretending like all of their models are the same set up.
