I have been wearing this since it arrived. It is more comfortable then I expected. All the utility pockets are a bonus to what is a quality jacket. The only drawback is the do not disturb on the sleep flap. For the next manufactoring run I would recommend removing the lettering or making it a removable velcro sign. Outside of that the fllece is soft and warm. the zippers all work, the pockets are fun to play with and are useful for travel. I bought this as a travel jacket and it is quickly becoming my go to jacket. If you are trying to decide on buying a SCOTTeVEST - buy with confidence. I am 5.8 155lbs and the large fits comfortably and the items in the pockets store well.

I bought one of these in 2015.I loved and always wore it. After 7 years the zipper finally broke so I had to get a new one.This new one was such an upgrade from the last.It’s so wonderful, I forgot how much I loved this line.So many pockets and so much better made than the last model. I highly recommend

I purchased this product for my boyfriend.The pockets are brilliant. The garment is Well made. I think that it would have been a better fit if the back was a teeny bit longer. I would’ve liked to have seen elastic on the waist. You know more like an actual sweatshirt bottom.

It's a good hoodie, it's more of a chocolate than black in color. The holes in the sleeve are great for making sure the sleeves dont roll up expose your arm to the elements. Gets a little touch and go with bigger gloves on your hands.The pockets are numerous and great...until you forget where you put your wallet, then you are rummaging thru the pockets to realize "Oh it's on the INSIDE!" Its great if you are consistent with where stuff goes. I cant get the wired headphones to thread through properly but with wireless headphones it's really not that big a deal anymore.Overall very warm and comfy, have not had to wash it yet (I only wear it out on sundays for a few events from thanks giving through new years). I feel it will hold up in the wash.

He loves it. The first one was too small (our fault) and we exchanged it for a larger size. The exchange was amazingly fast. This is a perfect gift for the guy that doesn't carry a "man bag" but can easily fill up his pockets with keys, glasses, phone, chap stick, etc. Might never fill up all 21 pockets but he thinks this is a great gift! Very impressed with the quality.

Overall I like it well enough. Almost the only choice for a hoodie with several pockets. If there were more competition that did not have the negatives below I would have chosen something else. I would have preferred thick cotton rather than fleece but read many complaints about the pilling with the SCOTTeVEST cotton hoodie that I opted for the fleece. This fleece hoodie is reasonably warm for a thin fleece and thin enough to wear a heavier jacket over it. Love all the pockets, really more than are needed and not all are that useful but better more than needed than not enough and are the reason I bought it.A really major plus is that the five major internal pockets have zippers rather than velcro. The jacket is sturdy enough so that even when carrying an iPad (mini) it is not obvious.A major negative is that when the elastic cuff is rolled down the sleeves are too long (4” when measured) and look odd but when the elastic cuffs are doubled on themselves the sleeves are a bit too short. The two external zippered “drop” pockets above the hand warmer pockets look really dorky; wish these were reconfigured to two vertical chest pockets on either side of the main zipper. The do not disturb writing on the hood flap is probably a manner of taste; I find it ridiculous and annoying but I guess others might find it useful.Sizing: I am a slender male, 5’9”. I kept the small, which is slightly tight on me but the medium was a little too large. Primary problem is the sleeves, which as I describe above, are either too long or too short depending on whether the cuffs are doubled on themselves or not.

My husband is like a kid in a candy shop with this jacket. It’s soft, fits great, but most of all — pockets! The sheer amount of pockets to pack all your need-to-keep-close items when traveling is staggering. It’s very well designed and well made. (Oh, and I love the “DO NOT DISTURB” eye cover in the hood.) I may be getting one for myself next!

Excellent quality, fabric and design are extremely good. It provides perfect insulation in mild winter conditions, and the most storage capacity I've ever seen in a piece of clothing this size. It also has lots of well-thought-out, less obvious features that are exactly as advertised and provide great convenience. Very solid product.

PROS:The hoodie is warm, and fits as expected.Zippers are smooth and strong.There are lots of pockets, so plenty of choice in storing your valuables.The lining is a nice smooth material.CONS:Stitching quality isn't the best. Arrived with a hole in the outer drop down pocket, with stitches coming away, which is a problem as a drop down pocket needs to be strong enough to take the constant wear and tear of having a phone or similar item dropped onto the seam.Questionable usefulness of some pockets. Two are so tiny they are only good for a single coin, or possibly a single ear bud, depending on the make. The pockets in the shoulders have deep points that go under your armpits. Not particularly comfortable, and will certainly be a challenge to get things in and out of them on the go. Might, however, work for an umbrella, but who wants an umbrella in your armpit?At the back of the neck are two loops that will rub your skin and possibly drive you crazy. I've managed to tuck them under the Velcro, but not sure if they will stay tucked in during travel. Also at the back under the tag is heavy stitching in the shape of a U. Has no use other than to rub your skin. So, if you like to cut tags off of clothing because they irritate, you won't be able to with this, as the tag is the only thing protecting you from the thick unnecessary stitching.I'm not sure about the supposed "weight management." Once I'd placed some items in the front pockets, it hangs heavy in the front, and rides up in the back.The attached glasses cleaning cloth is useless. If you wear glasses, you know that any cloth used for wiping needs to be free from dust that could scratch your glasses. The attached cloth is just flapping in the breeze. If I decide to keep the hoodie, I'll probably cut that off, it's just in the way.Looking at the photos, I should mention: The colour of the hoodie is uniform. The photo showing the hole was taken in front of the window so the stitching would show up. The sun glare makes it look like the fleece is brown on the inside. It is not. It's just as black as the outside.
