Really sucks - but that's a good thing! Had to fix a few leaks in my pipework before it would pull a decent amount, but for such a tiny cheap pump that's fair enough. Reasonably quiet - certainly much quieter than a full size mains unit.

I'm going to use this vacuum pump to powered a brake bleeding kit that I'm in the process of making. The suction appears sufficient for my needs and the vacuum produced is consistent. This could also be easily adapted to use as an air pump for aquariums and the like. Connections are easily identified by the positive connector having a red dot adjacent to it. I would consider that it would also work if connected incorrectly with air traveling in reverse, but it's not recommended to do this, as damage may occur i would suppose.

Good value for money. I put 3 in series and obtained a scientifically measured vacuum that would require a far far more expensive alternative to achieve. Will buy again. Great for science experiments.

Highly recommend. Used this for a surface mount component pick up tool, far superior to the vacuum bulb type. However, don’t use aquarium air line tube it will collapse under the strong vacuum. I used a thick wall silicone tube; sourcing map 2mm (ID) x 6mm (OD). It’s a tight fit but doesn’t collapse at full vacuum.

Was actually TOO powerful for what i needed. Had a manometer on it, was trying to accomplish around 1.5"wc -2", but even with the speed control like at 10% shot above 4" putting my meter in error. Had to put a in line valve to work. This motor worked, but need to find a slightly less volume pump.

Mi hijo tenia que hacer una manualidad y se le ocurrió hacer una fuente de agua, esta bomba (que, ya viene con los cables incluidos en la misma para que no tengas que soldar) ha sido genial. Es conectar una pila de 9 voltios, un tubo a una botella de agua y ya tienes la fuente. Para acuarios no puedo opinar pues no tenemos, pero creo que haria perfectamente su función Coste realmente asequible para lo que es
