First4Spares Element for Beko & Flavel Fan Ovens

So far so good. I bought this to replace a burned out element in my Beko oven, I removed the oldOne and compared it to the this one before attempting the replacement and it looked identical in size, circumference and hole measurements. When I went to screw it in place the fixing on the inside of the oven was out by around 3mm so after some minor fettling I managed to screw it in place. Everything else was fine and the oven is working as it should. The replacement work took around 30 minutes to complete. Good value and all good so far!

First of all, let me say that this element once installed works perfectly. It was just a bit of a job to get in...There were two key issues with the item I received, both related to the mounting holes. An element of this type has three mounting holes: two on the plate by the spade connectors and one slot type hole diametrically opposite the plate, allowing for adjustment. In my case, there were problems with all three. The two holes in the mounting plate ought to be threaded to accept screws, and neither had been. Not only that, but the slot connector was drilled in the incorrect location, meaning that even at its furthest extent the screw wouldn't locate properly.Luckily I'm fairly handy, and have all the right kit, so I could drill out the two holes on the mounting plate, and then use a pair of nuts and bolts in place of the mounting screws. I extended the slot connector with a file. But if you're not able to do this, you'll be sending the element back.Perhaps it's just a one off - after all, plenty of other people seem to be happy with theirs - but it was a bit of an annoyance.

Exactly what I needed to fix my Flavel oven. The oven was fitted in the kitchen before we bought the house so good to know these parts are around. Been in for a year now and still going strong.

The element in my oven died as I was about to put pizza in the oven on Saturday afternoon, a quick search on Amazon brought this replacement element up and Amazon Prime had it delivered the following morning. It was very easy to fit and my oven was back up and running is less than 24 hours. Been running for 2 months now with no issues. Quality item and excellent value for money.

I have bought this before, generally lasts a few years which is amazing as it saves me the cost of a new oven. Very happy.

Item arrived next day, price was cheap, saved me 100s in having a appliance engineer come out and fix the problem, fitted myself along with a few Google searchs was very easy, BUT BE CAREFUL AS THIS IS ELECTRICAL if your unsure call out a professional.

Very easy to install and doesn't require any great technical DIY skills. Plenty of YouTube video Instruction available. The only downside is reliability and value for money. The current element I purchased is only 3 months old. Worked perfectly to begin with but now,after only 3 months, it gives the appearance of still working and doesnt show any signs of damage, but cooking times can take twice as long. This was a replacemt for another of the same that only worked for 6 months. Maybe I'm just unlucky but not a good sign.

only recently fitted and had to leave out one of the three screws in order to do this. So far it works well.
