My boyfriend and I have been looking for a good quality suitcase that is affordable. We wanted silver and by accident ordered white but still love it. Really happy with the way they are and how smooth they are to drag. Definitely worth it!!!

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new luggage, but upon opening the package, I was disappointed to find that the color didn't match what I had ordered. Instead of the silver I selected, I received a stark white version. As someone who travels frequently, I know white luggage would quickly show wear and tear. Despite this color mix-up, I found the luggage to be durable, although a bit heavy, especially for the set I purchased with both checked and carry-on bags. The interior is spacious, but you can't overpack it like you can with zippered bags. The latch closure is intriguing, and I'm curious to see how it holds up over time. Changing the lock code was easy, though. On the plus side, the luggage rolls smoothly and effortlessly.Overall, I'd recommend this bag if you're looking for a stylish alternative to traditional zip closures.

- So far it seems like a great set of luggage. Have not tested it out yet for a trip, but the 28' one is BIG, so if your looking a more manageable suitcase I would go smaller. 'If' you pack this one out, it will become slightly unmanageable, because of the added weight of everything. The 20' is a great size and seems perfect for carry on.- Cant rate Durability or Sturdiness yet, but will up date later after trip.- Slight draw back... we were going to use these for our travel suitcases, stickers etc. all over them, but stickers do not stick to them... lol. My wife looked up some possible tricks of using a hair dryer to heat up the stickers to stay put, and also the suitcases have channeling so it will make our stickers look funky. But we will persevere.

Satisfied with the product at the moment. Only used once, jury still out. Looks very nice though.

I read the reviews and saw some TikToks before buying and thought this would be a good choice to be my next luggage set.The bags feel light and are easy to maneuver. They are comfortable to move around. Regarding space, I was able to fit all my clothes for a month's travel without a problem. In the carry-on, it is really easy to fit stuff for one week's travel.Update:First flight I got in with my new baggage set and when I received the 28" bag from the baggage claim band, one of the wheels was missing already and the bag was full of scratches, and dents and had bumps on the side. I complained to the airline about the bad handling of the bag and they said to compensate. The durability of these bags is not that good. Be careful with the airline starting with Del and ending with ta.Update 2:The brand got me a whole new set of bags after reading the review. Good customer service.

Love the look and rolls wonderfully but one trip and a metal corner bumper is coming off. The rivet is missing. Such a shame as it’s beautiful luggage. Both pieces of set are damaged after one use.*Update - Customer service reached out to me right away and made good on their product. Extremely impressed with how this company handled this. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Can’t go wrong with luggex and I would comfortably purchase from them again. I may invest in a luggage wrap to protect my beautiful luggage from horrible baggage handlers at airport in the future. Thank you so much luggex!!!
