Amazing stuff!
I usually cannot feel any supplement ‘work’ after I swallow it. This stuff went to work within 15 minutes and I could feel it! My muscles began to relax and that caused a lot of pain to disappear. I will be buying more of this wonderful version of magnesium.

The best on the market.
I take Mag L-Threonate for a number of reasons - including helping with sleep, anxiety and headaches. This one really delivers and is worth the cost. I have it on subscription to help offset the cost.
