The stand hand broken after 1 month.

Got this to elevate my MBP screen. I use my laptop all day with additional monitor connected. This stand has raised the laptop screen which my neck is thankful for. Elevated design also helps in heat distribution so computer does get too hot anymore. I like the style. Should have purchased years ago. Easy to fold and carry with small footprint.

Me encanta! a pesar de haber leído las opiniones no pensé que fuese a gustarme tanto; voy a recomendárselo a todas las personas de mi entorno que trabajen con portátil. Tengo 2 portátiles, uno pequeño que mide 31x22 cms. y otro grandote, que es el que utilizo para ver series entre otras cosas y que mide 38 x 23 cms. y que se sostiene sin problema alguno! Yo ya lo tenía elevado, pero mi base tenía una inclinación y elevación fijas mucho menores de las que se pueden conseguir con este soporte, por no hablar de que era un mamotreto que no podía sacar de casa. Ahora mismo lo tengo elevado casi al máximo (el máximo lo deja casi vertical) y ¡qué diferencia! Plegado es realmente pequeño y además va en una funda genial; como el soporte es de metal (se ve súper resistente!) sí que pesa un poquito pero por lo que mejora el uso del portátil no me va a importar añadir ese peso extra cuando lo saque de casa. Para mí la única "pega" es que se queda tan estable que me cuesta mucho acercar o alejar el portátil arrastrándolo por la mesa (que hasta ahora no me había dado cuenta que lo hago MUCHO aunque no sé muy bien por qué!), pero vamos se levantan un pelín las patitas que quedan debajo del teclado y solucionado el inconveniente del arrastre XD Si no fuera porque el precio es elevado - no me parece caro - me compraba otro para el otro portátil ya mismo (por cuestiones de trabajo los tengo en uso los dos a la vez).

Works well for my Thinkpad T14 laptop. By handling it you can "feel" the quality with good weight to it. Ample grip pads throughout and seems to be good. No sharp edges and the hinges doesn't have any play to it. A nice travel pouch is provided. Keep in mind this type of stand will require weight to keep the legs in place. So moving it can be a pain as it's very easy for the supporting vertical legs to "slip" out of the holes when trying to reposition it. Don't be lazy. Remove the laptop from the stand when repositioning it to prevent any damage to your laptop.
