It was packaged well. No damage to the bag. The Cinnamon sticks were whole and not broken up from heavy handling during shipping. I just received them today so haven't really given them a chance. The biggest disappointment, though, was when I opened the bag, the fragrance was so light I could barely smell the cinnamon. However, I broke one in half to see if they were stale but they were not. There are different types of cinnamon and I guess this could have been different kind of cinnamon than I'm used to. I sprinkle ground cinnamon in my coffee and the scent is a lot stronger than this one.

My local market has stopped having many spices, it’s the big chains also they don’t carry. I took a chance and these are great they have lots of flavor I am going to be buying regularly. They are better than what I was getting at the market.
