Absolutely Awesomely Fun & A Great Workout
This was my 2nd purchase of the TJ Cardio Party family. I bought the Cardio Party 1 with the 5 workouts (2 disc DVD) first and then bought this one to add variety because I loved the first one so much. I also recently purchased Cardio Party 2 which is fantastic as well. However, Cardio Party 3 is my favorite and I feel like all 3 give me a great workout aerobically as well as it provides strength training for my abs, legs, arms, etc. but this one I seem to really sweat the most to and feel the biggest challenge after doing. I highly recommend this workout DVD as well as any of the Cardio Party ones. They are a blast to do because they are fun and you almost get an addiction to keep doing them because of the fun factor but also cause you try to get better and perfect your form and throw better punches and kicks. My workout level is intermediate. I work out 50 min - 1 hr 6 days/week and alternate each day between aerobic and strength training and have had great results. If you want fun and want to feel a challenge and see results I recommend this one as well as any of the Cardio Parties.

Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3
I have always loved BeachBody workouts because they work. I absolutely love Turbo Fire because its upbeat, the music is fun and Chalene (the instructor) is so fun! So after reading about Turbo Jam and how well it works, I decided to look the videos up on Youtube, and thought they looked like lots of fun as well. I like mixing up my workout routine and this would be perfect! These are not as fast paced on TurboFire, but they are just as fun! The music is great, I stay in my fat burning zone more, and the moves are easy to learn. Chalenes cues are great, better than they are in TurboFire. After you learn the moves, the workouts become funner and funner. I would recommend starting with TurboJam first, then moving up to TurboFire since TurboFire is so advanced. Although I started with TurboFire then went to TurboJam, it works either way.I also want to say that anyone that is looking to thin out their legs, saddle bags, muffin top and gain ab definition should look into TurboJam since this workout repeats alot of moves that target those areas. Also, have fun and let loose when she gets to the "dance scene" it makes the workout that much more fun. :-)

CP3 - Great for an experienced TJ'er
First off, let me just say that this video is really fun. It's everything CP2 isn't - high impact and upbeat. CP2 is fine, it just seemed less intense than CP1, which I was not expecting. This is the 3rd mix, so I wouldn't recommend starting off with this one too soon. Get to know the first 5 workouts, and maybe the Punch, Kick, and Jam DVD and the Fat Blaster DVD. This DVD seems to be for an experienced TJ'er who really knows all the moves and is looking to mix it up a bit. Chalene doesn't cue as much here because, hey, if you've been doing this for a while, you don't need all that extra help on the routines anyway. Chalene really lets loose and enjoys herself, which makes me want to let loose, too. Another thing I love - the core section in the middle of the video before the Turbo. It's pretty intense cardio core work - lots of wheels, etc. All in all, this is a great addition to your TJ collection if you've been doing it for a while and want a fresh new mix to throw in your rotation.

Not for first time Turbo Jammers
I purchased the 5 workout set about 9 years ago, and played around with it some over the years. It is a great set of workouts that let you build to your desired level. In June this year, I got serious, starting with the 20 minute workout to build up stamina. I moved on to the 45 minute cardio Party Mix 1, but needed more variety. I purchased Mix 3 (2 wasn't available) and it definitely isn't boring! It is very fast paced, with less repetition than the earlier ones. From June to mid October I have lost 27 lbs. counting calories and doing Turbo Jam. My daughter was convinced it must be pretty easy, since I'm 61 years old, but she was not able to keep up with the first Cardio party. Starting with the Learn and Burn, that explains each move, and teaches the names, makes it much easier to follow the moves during the workout. I recommend purchasing the 5 workout set, and go from there.And when you are ready, Mix 3 is really fun.

More Fun, After You Learn the Steps
I'm not going to go through details about this video, but let me just say I think it is awesome. I regularly do Punch, Kick, and Jam, and Cardio Party. I bought this one and let it lay around for awhile, did it once got mad and gave up. Some of the moves are a little different and too dancey, and she adds on a lot in some parts out of the blue. But, about a week a go I felt a little bored with the others and pulled it out again. I've done it 5 times since. It's so fun and the moves and music are a blast. Once you get the other DVDs down pat, this one really shouldn't be that hard. There are a few moves here and there that she does where you're confused a little, but like Queen Chalene mentions, you're still burning calories making mistakes. You'll get it soon enough. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is Chalene is a little bit less supportive and almost a tad bit cocky in this video. I don't know why this bugs me, it just does. But don't let it make you not do this video. It's so fun!

My favorite - a great workout!
The media could not be loaded. I used to love turbo jam videos and glad Amazon has them. This is my favorite one. It’s 50 minutes and not for beginners but makes me sweat every time!! Great music and moves.

Turbon Jam 3
I ordered the Turbo Jam 3. It will make you sweat, I am still working off my pounds and inches, but so far in just one week of working out with, Turbo Jam 3 I had drop 2 inches, now I am 39 inches instead of 41 inches. Also, it's fast paste, and lively she will warm you up, and cool you down you will really enjoy it. I used the weighted gloves, and I feel the different. Also I will wear on my left arm my bodymedia it will track my kcal, and how much cal I am burning, well, doing Turbo Jam 3, I had burned up to 1866 cal. Great workout! PS. I also work out with her Turbo Jam 1 both CD are the real party. You can burn up to 2000 cal or more. I came from wearing a size 22 skirt to an size 18 now..I'm going down...

Great product.
I love turbo jam. It is an older exercise product but I am also 60 years old . Hard to find. Recommend turbo jam to anyone.
