my wife is going through menopause and she suffers from problems sleeping and hot flashes while sleeping - she will be soaked in sweat. I did some internet research on what may ease these symptoms for her and came across Estroven and ordered it immediately for her to try. I was a bit skeptical since so many things are now being sold as placebos or "alternatives", but I noticed that this product has been around for over a decade and has so many positive buyers responding on multiple different forums and platforms. By day 5 of taking these pills she has been getting a solid 8-9 hours of sleep again without hot flashes. Day 7 she says she feels fantastic and doesn't remember having slept so well in awhile. She also says she has a bunch of energy again.I have never set anything on Amazon to be a reoccurring purchase in all the years it has been available to use. That is now changing since my wife sings praises to Estroven daily. Now please understand that everyone is different - I won't say it will have this level of relief for you, but its worth trying.

Excellent and effective product. I didn't want to use hormones for menopause. The Estroven line of products is amazing. Helps me sleep at night but don't wake up groggy and prevents night sweats on most nights. Instead of having nightly night sweats I may have one every couple of weeks.

I can not take hormones. This product has been a true blessing. My nighttime hot flashes have almost completely stopped and I sleep much better taking Estroven.
