Very small very short and causes very little pain. A+
I get my needles free from the VA but I love you so much better because I get 5 mm and these are so much smaller and they don't hurt at all. To me it's worth it to just purchase them instead. So I have this on my reorder list.

Painless
I have been using Pen Needles for years and purchasing them on Amazon. There was a particular pen needle I was using that is no longer available from Amazon. With this said I have tried various Pen Needles and each one of them was causing me pain when I used them. The pain in the injection area would go on for hours and sometimes days. One of my family members who is also diabetic informed me of the Droplet Micro Pen Needle. So, I purchased from Amazon and guess what? I no longer am suffering from the pain that I had with the previous manufacturers Pen Needles. As stated, the Droplet Micro is a little shorted than my previous needles and I feel absolutely no pain in the injection area. I definitely highly recommend this Pen Needle as comfortable, painless and easy to use.

Comfortable to use, but quality is sus
The needles when good work well, and are more comfortable to use than the prescribed ones from the doc. The downfall is about 1 our of every 5 are junk... i.e. they won't flow any insulin. Haven't encountered this with any other needles. I really wanted to like these, but with the number of bad ones have changed my mind about these.

No pain
I love these needles, but they are no longer available to my address and I don’t know why. I tried shipping to a different address and it still tells me I can’t receive these to that address. Any address?

A rare find
I've been searching for 34G, 4mm or less, for a couple of years. They were available in Europe but not in the U.S. I'd given up the search for awhile and was happy to see they've made it to the U.S. at last. My son is pleased with them, they fit his Kwikpen, they're comfortable to use and as close to pain free as I think one can get.

Horrible pen needles and not able to return them
Seeing that I can not return the 3 boxes I ordered!!I’m leaving a 100% horrible review. This was over an $150.00 purchase.

Quality
The needle bends too easily. Otherwise it is exactly what it says it is. i will be changing product next time, however.
