Not as per description
It’s not 10 inch like mentioned in the description. It’s 9.5 inch. Which leaves the inside diameter little under 9inch. My 9 inch round steamer parchment liner doesn’t fit it. Overall quality is lacking as well… definitely not worth the price. I chose to keep it just as stop gap before I find a good 10 inch plus steamer basket… I guess that’s what the seller is relying on
