AQUA CREST Filter Replacement for PUR® Plus Water Filter Replacement

We have been using this water filter for a few years now, it will make a difference with the taste of the water. Also, Just peace of mind the water is better for you after it is filtered.

Great value — clean water, easy setup, two filters for the price I picked up this 2-pack of alkaline faucet filters and I'm genuinely impressed for the price point. Setup took about 2 minutes — the universal adapter fit my kitchen faucet with no issues, and switching between filtered and unfiltered water is simple with the toggle. The water tastes noticeably cleaner right away. I live in an area with harder tap water and the difference was immediate — no more chlorine taste, and the water actually tastes smooth. The flow rate is solid too; I've used other faucet filters that slow to a trickle, but this one keeps a decent stream even in filtered mode. Getting two filters in the pack is a nice touch. Each one is rated for a good amount of use, so you're set for a while before needing replacements. The build quality feels sturdy enough — it's not flimsy plastic that feels like it'll crack in a month. If you're looking for an affordable way to upgrade your tap water without committing to an under-sink system or a pitcher you constantly have to refill, this is a solid pick. Would buy again.

Great alternative to name brand especially for the price. Fits my PUR water faucet system perfectly and the taste is great. Pressure is good too

I just received these filters two days ago, but so far the first one seems to be functioning well. These were purchased to replace the PUR RF-3375 that we had used for years. Those had recently changed and we could not tolerate the terrible taste our filtered water. The new Aqua Crest filter had a slight off taste when I first installed it but has now improved. It is easy to use and filters the water clear and at a rapid rate. It is definitely removing the chlorine taste. I will know more about performance and durability as we continue using them. Update: The first filter lasted 30 days from date of purchase before Red light came on last night. I replaced with the second filter this morning. When I first turned on the cold water, it came out with a splash of dark gray water, then began running clearer after a couple minutes. I let cold water run through the filter about 10 to 15 minutes just to be sure all the darker specks were gone. The first cup of water I tasted had an off taste similar to the first filter, but after using it over the next several hours it began to have a cleaner water taste. I think it will be OK, but it definitely does not last three months! Therefore, I am reducing a star on my previous rating. Final Update: I replaced the third filter in the pack today. (The second filter lasted about six weeks--two weeks longer than the first one.) The water came out a bit grayish at first and after letting it run for about ten minutes the water was clear. The taste of the water is very good and we plan to continue using these filters as long as the water quality continues as it is. The filters do not last as long as we would hope but the taste and quality of water is the most important issue for us. Overall we are pleased with them.

Super easy to replace and we didn’t have to wait a long time

They work great!

Great little filters! Fit right into the filter housing, , keep the water fresh and clean and last an amazingly long time. Priced way better than the name brands as well -that’s why I keep ordering them.

These filters work great and fit in my pur water filter system. There's no taste difference either. The price is great and it last quite a while we are a family of 6 and we go through a lot of water. The install is the exact same as the name brand. I will continue to buy this product.

These have served there purpose and I am a repeat customer. Many brands out there and these seem to stand up just as well. Great price and longevity is great with well water. Would recommend

Good Quality

Worst filter cartridge I have ever used. I have been using the filter for two years now and ordered replacement filter several times from different suppliers. All were more or less good. But the current product I received is not filtering at all! I get lot of particles in the water and keeping the water over a couple of days, a layer of precipitation is forming on the surface of the container. As I already started using it, not sure can be returned or not. Complete waste of money.

I ordered it because the title says it is for PFM400H. That's not true, it doesn't work with PFM400H.

Added this filter to the tap at my mother's retirement residence. The tap water tastes awful. The flavour is totally clean with the filter. Excellent product, easier to install and operate. Highly recommended.
