Comfort while sleeping
Bought this for my dad, and he said he has had the best sleep ever since sleeping on it. He raved about it so much, I am now going to buy one for myself.

Wrong size!
The mattress pad width is 9cm too small for a 120cm mattress, the padded area measures 111-112cm max, however the sellers service was good and once they understood the issue they were happy to offer a solution.

Not fit for purpose
Returned this due to it not being at all useful as advertised. Anyone with pressure sores would not benefit from this. I am also having trouble gaining my refund.
