Poor quality
The item seems to be very good and work well we bought this in August 2020 and the hose sprung a leak on the 27th of December Which is not good quality hose I would of contacted the seller but can not get to them from the Amazon store site so would not buy again

Hose split after 7 months
We were very pleased with this once it was installed, which was quite tricky. But the hose has split after only 7 months. There seems to be no option for a replacement hose. We have to return it to Amazon and buy it again - a bit of a faff since it was quite difficult to install in the first place. Not too happy..

might need extra bit depending on your existing setup
easy to set up , needed an extra bit that i luckily had from installing a tap (1/2" x 15mm x 300mm Flexible Tap Connectors(hose) i think*)other wise works well saves toilet paper and in case you have spicy food it might save you some pain :D
