Excellent Quality Brand & Great Taste
Excellent Quality Brand & Great Taste when added to filtered water or green tea. I've read online about health benefits of Goldenseal. I take it whenever I feel a chest cold arising & this really works for me.

Cold and Flu defense
I purchase goldenseal to get me through cold/flu season. Never tried liquid before - I like it. Maybe better than capsule. Liquid is supposed to be more quickly absorbed. I'll take any edge I can get!
