Why does the temperature keep rising after reaching the set point? Why temperature display differs from your thermometer?

The temperature will reach up to highest temperature(230℉) first to accelerate wax melting to liquid then lower to set temperature. The melter’s thermometer is at the bottom, insert yours fully to get an accurate reading.

How much soy wax can be melted at the time?

The high-efficiency 1100W wax melting pot can melt 4.4 lbs/2kg soy wax in about 15 mins at 200℉.

Can the melted wax be stored in the wax melter?

Avoid storing wax overnight to prevent solidification and fouling, which could hinder the heating tube. If wax solidifies, the upgraded melter has dry and overheat protection, along with a heating core faucet to prevent burning and clogging.

During using, why the green light turns to red light after the wax has been melted?

When the temperature drops below the setting, the controller activates heating mode. In a few minutes, the light turns green as the set temperature is reached.

Why is the wax burnt?

Wax burns because the bottom melts first. Stir regularly and drain liquid wax to prevent burning. For re-melting, start with a low heat and stir to ensure even melting.
