Was not what I needed, fell apart :(
The wiring came out of the plug and was almost impossible to put back. This did not fix my headlight problem. The wiring seemed very heavy duty- as to withstand high heat (which is the reason why I needed to replace the part in the first place- melted wiring). Unfortunately this product also did NOT explain whether it was for driver or passenger side of the vehicle, this make a difference in the orientation of the plug.

Fits perfectly, easy to install
I have been dealing with bad wiring in my headlights for quite a while. Sometime the headlights worked and sometimes they would go out in the middle a drive. I tried splicing new wires in, but that was a pain. I even went to Volkswagen and tried to buy a new harness, but they don't sell one. They wanted to sell me a brand new headlight. This Jetta harness solved the problem and was very easy to install. It only took me about 5 minutes. I would recommend this harness to anybody who owns an MKIV Jetta and has bad headlight wiring.
