Scam for T Mobile customers
Bought this to replace my parents old one. Put SIM card on and was immediately informed the phone was locked and would need to purchase app through phone to unlock and use on T Mobile

This phone was supposed to be able to be used on Tmobile but company refused to unlock to allow me to use it on my Tmobile account!You can't talk to anyone but a Bot and they continue to hang up on you for 3 solid days 5 calls a day I'm fed up
