These things break (snap through) across one side and have needed replacing every year for the last 5 years. The manufacturer is not interested in the fault.

bonjour, la lunette du WC Gala smart vient de casser (photo) pour la deuxième fois à tout juste quelques jours avant la fin de garantie. J'ai découvert ceci en voulant ce matin en commander une nouvelle. quoique la limite de garantie soit un tout petit peu dépasser je vous demande d'étudier un geste commerciale. Merci d'avance

Para los sanitarios Gala smart. Originales de la firma. Gran calidad y fácil montaje. Me costó más quitar el que estaba roto que montar el nuevo. Creo que durará los mismo años que el viejo.

Si se te rompe la cubierta de la taza Gala Smart no le des más vueltas. Píllalo y listo. Hasta yo lo he montado sin problemas.

Embalaje mejorable. De los mejores precios en Internet. En mí caso el producto llegó perfecto.
El embalaje es improvisado, rudimentario y poco seguro, de cara a proteger correctamente el contenido, delegando desproporcionadamente la integridad del paquete a la pericia y buen hacer de los transportistas… que de no ser así, tendríamos la combinación perfecta como para que el producto acabara llegando roto, como le ha ocurrido a algún comprador de los que aquí han calificado. También es cierto que es de los mejores precios de Internet, pero un poco más de cartón y plástico de burbujas sería magnífico. El producto en sí estaba impecable, he tenido suerte. Ya está instalado y funcionando a las mil maravillas.
