UNIONBAYMen's Survivor Belted Cargo Short-Reg and Big & Tall Sizes

I wore these shorts for the first time today, and I was pleased to find that they fit and feel like an old, broken-in pair. They are well made of heavy fabric which, paradoxically, makes the shorts cooler because the fabric stands away from your legs, allowing for better air circulation. The pockets are deep and useful; the cargo ones are secured by some serious hook-and-loop patches on the corners and in the center of the pocket's flap. Your gear isn't falling out of your pockets, for sure. The belt included is the same color as the shorts and has a double-ring buckle for fine-tuning its adjustment. I always wear heavy suspenders with shorts or pants, and they work just fine with the belt. I am extremely impressed with these shorts, and I am glad I have them to wear during our current heat wave. --Old Guy

Easy to find right size, trusted brand and the material is sturdy and comfortable. I wanted to get more than just one color but the other colors I wanted were sold out. I have a feeling they go fast.

Nice feeling and fitting cotton pants but the belt is too thin and too long. It fails to hold its shape and binds up in the buckle.

My husband purchased these shorts and he loves them. These shorts come in several colors and they are comfortable and durable. Price is reasonable and this is a highly recommended purchase.

To the curious consumer who might be questioning these short, I am by far no fashion guide or anything close to it. I will however say that these are my favorite shorts. They are comfy and light weight have tones of pockets to carry a large wallet, cell phone, care keys, you name it, there is a pocket. I like the nuetral colors as they pretty much go with most any T-shirt/polo/Hawian shirt you want to wear. We spent all day hiking around arlington and George washington estate and although it was a very warm and humid day, I never felt any discomfort from the these shorts. They are comfortable for lounging, Flying, Hiking or just ordinary everyday activities. These are my pick. you will have to see for yourself. however, I dont feel you will have any regrets. Enjoy!

Fits good

Over the years I've bought these shorts in 5 different sizes. Thankfully, I'm buying them smaller these days. That said, three stars is what they get.--The good news: If you are in the "big & tall" phase of your life, these fit. I have bought 5 other brands of shorts in the SAME SIZES as my Unionbay inventory . . . and they ALL fit much tighter, some to the point that I can't pull them up. Unionbay are sturdy and wear well. The cargo pockets are roomy and, so far, I've never had anything fall out of them. Those other 5 brands I mentioned? None of them have cargo pockets large enough to deserve the name "cargo". If I put same stuff I easily fit into my Unionbay cargo pockets into one of these other brands, I can't close the pockets and/or have to leave some items out. If you hike or work in your shorts, that matters. Finally, the front pockets are DEEP. If you work or outdoor recreate in your shorts, you know what I mean. Other brands front pockets are so shallow that I have regularly had stuff fall out of them when working on ladders or hiking a steep stretch of trail.--The bad news . . . and it's not terrible, just aggravating: Unionbay is VERY stingy on belt loops. You get 5. That's it. If you are on the big end of the spectrum this gets uncomfortable as you will often find the waistline of your shorts unsupported and sagging below your belt. My Wrangler short have NINE loops and the other brands I've bought all have at least 7. I get it. Four fewer belt loops probably save say 10 cents a pair of shorts which, times 5 million pair of shorts is a half million more profit. Fine, but it's not like we're paying a bargain price for Unionbay. Of the 6 brands I've bought, Unionbay is the MOST expensive. So... ???Also, and this will seem a bit petty unless you live in shorts like I do: Their offerings show 16 color choices, BUT until you hit size 42, all you get are 4 choices. Why? Oh, and none of the choices at any size include a green cammie choice. From what I see on the streets, that is a very popular color, but not for Unionbay.So I will keep buying them for the fit and pockets, but they will get three stars because they want a top price but skimp on belt loops and they apparently think anyone over size 42 is colorblind.Add some belt loops and I'll forgiver everything else.

Están super bien. Muy bonitas y muy cómodas. La tela es gruesa pero no caliente, puro algodón. Cuando llegaron las planché porque si estaban arrugadas, despues de lavarlas no las he planchado de nuevo. Quedan bien secadas al sol. Las bolsas son amplias, cabe bien la cartera, el celular en una de las del frente, ¡Y sobra espacio! Me voy a comprar unas iguales de otro color. El cinturón no es la gran cosa. Prefiero usar de piel. Recordé que el zipper se trababa un poco en los primeros usos. Ahorita ya no.

Muy buena calidad toma encuentra que tienes que subir una talla ejemplo si eres talla 36 pide una 38 si te gusta un poco más flojo
