The product worked wonderful on my hair. It was my first time trying it out. I had washed my hair the night prior so it was very curly and everywhere when I woke up in the am. I made sure to brush out the tangles by section before using the straightening comb. The end product was the picture in this review. I didn’t add any product before or after in the picture but you can see that it left my hair shiny. It took about 20 minutes or less to do and also I was able to get the product on discount and it was worth buying. I believe it works very similar as a regular straighter but felt smoother as it went through my hair. Also definitely lighter than their other product I use which is the blow dry brush. That one was too heavy for my wrist which is why I decided to try this product. I’d recommend!

I promise I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to let y’all know that this thing works! I initially saw it demonstrated on Facebook, so I was skeptical. I saw mostly positive reviews here on Amazon, so I was intrigued enough to give a try. I have thin, fine naturally curly hair, which I sprayed with a heat protectant when it was soaking wet and combed out the tangles. That’s it. I let it air dry completely and it was good a frizzy, let me tell you. This little gadget worked like a charm to smooth and straighten my hair with very little effort on my part. I absolutely love it!

I have been straightening my hair with a ceramic flat iron for over 20 years! I have very thick, very curly hair! It usually takes me 3 hours to straighten my hair. I bought this straightening brush for myself and it arrived today! I have already used it and can honestly say I have NEVER had my hair as straight or as thin feeling as this brush has made my hair! It took me less than an hour to straighten it. I am in love with this brush! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I used the brush on full heat (450) and my CHI brand heat treat spray.

Super great Smoothing tool for your hair. Easy to use, not too hot. Works good to smooth out your already dried hair. My daughter's stole it from me. Lol

The tool is nice but for a natural haired person wanting to straighten dense curly hair this tool did not get the roots well. The roots remained puffy. This tool is better for less dense hair in my opinion

I am editing my review now that I received a replacement and it is a brand new product like the first one should have been. This is amazing and way better than any flat iron I've ever used (and I love my L'ange flat iron). Having naturally curly hair, using this comb that truly straightens the hair versus a flat iron that smashes/straightens it, this is a game changer. It does a wonderful job! Original review: I was beyond ecstatic to try out this straightening comb. I knew it was coming today, so I didn't fix my hair waiting on it to get here. I got it off my porch not 5 minutes ago. The seal on the box is broken and the straightening comb has a hair in it! I am beyond furious! I did not purchase a used product!

Love this product!! I am not coordinated enough to use a regular hair straightener. This heats up quickly and I can use it no problem. It gets very hot!!! I use a cotton glove on my non dominant hand to avoid burning! My hair is very curly and it straightens nicely!

The Smooth-It Hot Comb works great on my waist length, thick hair. It takes half the time than my flat iron and I can do larger sections. It's easy to use and the temperature controls don't get in my way. I've used this a few times now and so far, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Works great for my thick hair. Greatly reduced the time it took to do my hair in the morning. 👍

Will take some practice to get use to using this.
