Nice starter set
This is a nice set as an introduction to the addi Knitting Needle line of knitting needles. This will show you the attachment procedure and the smoothness of the connection joints. Instead of buying the whole set you can get the feel of the needles and decide if the whole set would be a good fit for you.

Addi Click Interchangeable Starter Set: Maybe Not
I'd been toying around with buying a set of Addi interchangeables, but had read conflicting reviews about the Clicks. Luckily I saw this starter set, so I wouldn't have to shell out a significant amount to purchase a complete set. This also allowed me to try out their various needle compositions. Though I still find the Chiaogoo cords better, these cords were flexible enough that I wasn't fighting the cords as I knit. Big plus. I enjoyed the natura needles very much. The others were fine too. So why the title of this review? The clicks part. I had no problem inserting them. Trying to separate cord and needle was another thing entirely. Try as I might, they would just not come apart. Now that is a good thing when you're knitting. But when you need to change the needle, not so much. I read and reread the instructions. I was doing what it said, but I was beginning to think I was doing something wrong. Nope. Just wasn't coming apart. But then after putting them away for a while and then coming back, I had the same problem--at first. Then all of a sudden, they came apart. I could almost hear them laughing at me: "Heh, heh. Just fooling with you." As a whole, I like Addi needles. I have some fixed circs and several sizes of the FlexiFlips. And I'm still looking into an interchangeable set. But I doubt it will be the Clicks.

I was so excited, then.....
After reading about Addi clicks for so long, I decided to give them a try when this intro kit popped up. The needles themselves are beautiful, sharp points and smoothly surfaced. I had a bad time with the “push in and turn” that connects the cable to the needle but persevered. When I did a test run with silk and fine angora yarns, I was really disappointed to find the join hangs up the threads. Also, there is no “life line” hole built into these needles. All in all, I much prefer my less expensive but ultimately better made Knit Picks interchangeables.

Good trial set
This is a great way to test out the Clicks before purchasing the whole set. I found them a little tricky to use, until I watched a how to video on you tube. The case is good for traveling with more than one needle size too. Happy I purchased these.

Expensive for what you receive.
Having trouble with the cord staying attached to the nickel needle. May be a faulty connection.
