Used this for recovery after a subtalor joint fusion. I kept it in the fridge, so when the swelling got bad, I put it on and it helped relieve the swelling very quickly. It fit well. I'm a size 11, but my foot was swollen, and it still fit. Of course the cold only lasted about 15-20 minutes, but I'd keep it on for another 20 minutes because the compression felt good. Very good quality, it stays in place, no issues. Highly recommend.

The size recommendations are a little off. These wraps run big as I wear a size 10.5 shoe, and the L/XL was way too loose with no real compression. Even after ordering the smaller size, it fit better but was still a bit loose. Because of that, you don’t get the snug compression you’d hope for. On the positive side, the packs freeze quickly and are easy to use. The downside is that they only provide cold relief for about 15 minutes before warming up. I usually end up supplementing with soft ice packs underneath to extend the cooling time. Overall, they’re okay if you need quick ankle relief, but I’d recommend ordering on the smaller side and not expecting long-lasting cold therapy.

Before I bought this item, I tried three other ice packs for my ankle. With two ice packs, I could not get them to stay put on my ankle. The third is similar to this Everlasting Ice RX but did not fit properly and made limited contact with my ankle. Yes, I'd like it to stay cold longer. So I bought a second one and I slip it on when the first loses its chill. A small price to pay for help with persistent ankle pain.

Pretty cold. Had it the the freezer for about an hour and a half. Im 10.5 shoe and got the S-M size. Fits pretty well, not too snug. Id say I have regular to slim sized calves. As im typing, I can tell it’ll remain this chilly for the next 20 mins. Any longer and colder and my foot would be numb so this is perfect temperature. Id say value is great.

The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing
